After a thorough analysis of needs and an intensive evaluation phase, the museum has chosen Smeetz's innovative solution. The museum's current system will be replaced by an advanced unified commerce platform, offering cutting-edge technology and comprehensive features.
The partnership aims to drive digitalization and optimize the museum's sales activities. Efficiency will be increased, the customer journey enhanced, and work processes streamlined. By the end of 2024, Smeetz's unified commerce platform will manage the sales of tickets, packages, merchandise, memberships, and other products both online, in the back office, and on-site through its own point-of-sale system. This solution allows for centralized control of all sales processes, offering a modern, stable, and innovative package.
Key internal tools include detailed analyses and statistics, as well as the transfer of payment entries into the accounting system.
